How to Defeat Those Corrupt Judges Trying to Help Trump Run Out the Clock

Some group of Supremes (presumably Republican-appointed) have revealed their blatantly partisan purposes by slow-walking Trump’s utterly meritless “presidential immunity” appeal — for no good reason — to the point that it looks unlikely that this most important trial in American history can deliver a verdict before the presidential election.

(This in spite of the completely evident right of the American electorate to have these charges — that Trump attempted to seize power against the will of the American people — adjudicated before they have to make their choices about whom they want as president. No, not in spite of, but because of: these Republican-appointed justices probably know that polls show a lot of Republicans say they won’t vote for Trump if he’s been convicted of felonies.)

The abominable Trump-appointed judge in Florida, overseeing the stolen documents case, is also continually make dubious moves that aid Trump, and may well prevent that trial from happening before the Election.

(And it’s long been obvious that Trump — who has no legal defense — is trying to run out the clock, hoping he can win the election and then corruptly use the powers of the Presidency to get rid of the federal cases against him.)

But these corrupt judges’ efforts to illegitimately aid the presumptive Republican nominee can be defeated. What’s called for is a campaign to convince the American electorate — in the absence of the trials that should be happening — that “TRUMP IS GUILTY!”

The evidence of Trump’s guilt that’s been presented publicly is more than sufficient. It just needs to be presented to the public all over again, and in compelling ways.

Among the points to be made in such a campaign:

  • We as citizens have no obligation whatever to grant Trump any “presumption of innocence.” That’s what jurors must do, requiring the prosecution to prove everything — according to rules and beyond a reasonable doubt. We citizens, by contrast, have an obligation to make the best judgment we can on the basis of the available facts. (Our judgments don’t send people to prison. They only, in this case, can deprive a criminal of the highest office in the land.)
  • Trump’s campaign of delay is tantamount to a confession. If Trump were innocent, wouldn’t he be eager to prove it in Court? But instead, knowing he has no legal defense, he works incessantly to delay his trials until after the election which, if he wins, he can use the Presidency to prevent his ever being tried at all.)

I’ll be streaming live on Rumble on these (and other) matters momentarily — at the top of the hour (i.e. from about 8am-10am Pacific, 11pm-1pm Eastern).  Click below to join or watch a recording.  You can also watch on Twitch, Kick, or YouTube.
